Meet Melissa Fulop

I have represented sellers and buyers of residential real estate in several East Bay communities for the past 15+ years. The communities I serve are primarily along the corridors of Interstate 680 and Highway 24 in the heart of the Diablo and San Ramon Valleys. My clients include a mixture of first-time buyers, move-up and move-down sellers/ buyers as well as investors.

Over 98% of my business is obtained by referrals from past clients, associates and friends. As a 25+ year resident of the Danville/Alamo area, I have a deep, first-hand knowledge of the individual communities and school systems. I have a true understanding of the uniqueness of each sub-market which helps me in determining the best marketing techniques for each seller and home match for each buyer.

My clients rely on my high level of integrity, patience, effective communication, attention to detail and negotiation skills that I bring to each transaction. Originally from the Midwest, I hold a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY. Throughout my career I have held high-level marketing positions with real estate developers/builders and property management companies as well as starting and operating my own marketing consulting firm for over 7 years.

Besides real estate, I am married and the mother of two teenage daughters. I am an alumna of Kappa Kappa Gamma and, along with my daughters, an active member of the Rolling Hills Chapter of the National Charity League which serves numerous local charitable organizations.  I also fund raise and participate in the annual Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
